This oil control loose powder is made with the same skin-loving ingredients as OFRA’s Derma Mineral Powder Foundation but goes on transparent (a neutral brightening shade) as an extra barrier against oils to keep the skin matte all day long. Use this light-weight ultra-fine powder over the entire face once all your glam is on, or use it over liquid foundation as a setting powder.
