When is an out-of-stock item available again?

Occasionally some products sell out. Generally, it will take 10 business days before a new shipment arrives; however, this is dependent on the supplier and how quickly new inventory can be procured. Please add the item to your wish list. We will send a notification as soon as stock is available again.

Are your products originals?

We are an official, authorised stockist for the brands that we carry. All our products and brands are 100% authentic.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept Australian currency only.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs vary from country to country.

How much does overseas shipping cost?

Please add your items to the shopping cart and request shipping costs via the shipping calculator at checkout stage.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer, Australia Post – Express Post and Parcel Post – for national orders. Internationally, we ship with Australia Post – Economy Air or DHL eCommerce – depending on the delivery destination.

Is tax included in the purchase price?

All product prices displayed in our online beauty boutique are inclusive of GST.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Please allow for 1-2 days processing time for local shipments and 2-4 days for overseas shipments. For delivery timelines, please refer to our shipping page.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We are unable to accept returns or to exchange beauty/cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons. However, if your product is damaged or faulty, we will, of course, replace the item. For further information, please refer to our Returns Policy.

What payment options do I have?

You can either pay via AfterPay, your PayPal account or, we also accept payment via credit card – VISA and MasterCard.
