Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Our processing times are 1-2 days, however, we will endeavour to dispatch orders the next day, if placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.
Orders may take longer to dispatch during special promotions due to the high volume of orders being processed. Nevertheless, we will endeavour to have all packages dispatched within 48 business hours from order placement.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with full tracking details that will allow you to follow the whereabouts of your package at https://auspost.com.au/track/.
Should you encounter problems with tracking your package, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78. However, if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will endeavour to assist you. In the event that you are not at home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave a pick-up notice advising you to collect your package from your local post office. If you don’t pick up your package and the package is returned to us, you will incur a re-delivery fee to have your package shipped again.
For international orders, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel. Please expect 15 – 30 business days before your package arrives.
Shipping within Australia
All orders within Australia are shipped with Australia Post – Express Post or Parcel Post. For all domestic shipments, we offer a flat rate of $10.00 for express shipping and a flat rate of $7.50 for standard shipping. Please refer to the following link for delivery time lines across Australia: Express Post delivery network, scroll down to “Find a postcode” and expand the header titled “Express Post delivery postcodes”. Furthermore, free domestic shipping applies to orders valued $95.00 and above.
International orders are shipped with DHL eCommerce or Australia Post. In general, international shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your parcel. This will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. For some countries, we can offer flat rate shipping. The relevant shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
We are unable to send to an international PO BOX; please provide a residential or business address with your order. Also, please provide a phone number for all international orders.
International orders are shipped at your own risk. We cannot exchange items and/or replace or refund damaged/lost items delivered through international shipping methods. However, in the event that you encounter issues, we will endeavour to assist. Also, free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
Furthermore, please be advised that some countries charge import duties on goods purchased from overseas suppliers/stores. Please contact your relevant local Authority to seek further information on the amount of import duties that you may be expected to pay. Neue Beaute Co will not cover customs duties, import charges or any other charges once the goods have been dispatched.
If you have received an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. The product that is damaged/faulty/incorrect
3. Images attached of the damaged/faulty/incorrect product
We will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as possible. If the product is damaged/faulty/incorrect, we will replace or refund it. No refunds can be accepted for change of mind.
We do not refund or exchange items due to change of mind or errors during product selection. Furthermore, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges in relation to beauty products including but not limited to makeup, cosmetic tools (such as brushes, sponges, etc.), skincare and hair care products due to hygiene reasons.
