The terms “NBC”, “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Neue Beaute Co.
1. Wholesale Account
The use of your wholesale account and access to our wholesale portal are restricted to wholesale account holders only. Misuse of your access rights such as sharing with non-authorised users, is prohibited and will result in your account being suspended. Furthermore, NBC reserves the right to cancel your wholesale account with immediate effect. NBC also reserves the right to re-assess your wholesale status on a regular basis to ensure you continue to meet our wholesale criteria such as, for example, order minimums and annual minimum order values.
2. Order Minimum
Minimum order values and volumes are directly linked to our tiered pricing structure. Corresponding discount percentages for your approved tier can be viewed when you log in to your wholesale dashboard. Once you choose your preferred tier, you are required to meet corresponding minimums – opening order, repeat orders and order quantities – in order to maintain your wholesale customer status within selected tier. You always have the option to purchase less than the required minimum order quantity (MOQ), however, your wholesale discount will automatically change to a lower percentage to reflect the deviation from your tier related MOQ. Should you not be able to meet your minimums, you have the option to drop to a lower tier and corresponding pricing. Should your volumes exceed your expectations and move you into the next tier up, we will adjust your pricing to reflect your increased volume purchases. Adjustments will only apply to future purchases.
3. Stock Availability
Items that are temporarily unavailable will appear as “Out of Stock” on the product page. Please contact us for a re-stocking date.
4. Order Processing and Lead Times
Once you place your purchase order, we review your requirements, make adjustments if necessary, add shipping costs, and we email you an order confirmation with your invoice. Upon receipt of your payment, we pick, pack and ship your order within 4-7 business days. For any rush orders, please contact us to discuss your requirements – wholesale@neuebeauteco.com.
For your opening order and, subject to the size of your order, please allow 2 – 6 weeks from receipt of your payment for your order to be processed, manufactured and to be delivered. For subsequent orders, our standard lead time of 4-7 business days applies.
5. Rolling Forecast
We highly recommend that you share a rolling monthly forecast with us to ensure we procure sufficient stock for any given month. A forecast does not constitute an obligation to purchase but it allows us to plan and to meet your requirements.
6. Return Policy
NBC does not offer a refund if you choose to amend or cancel your purchase order. However, items that arrive damaged or have been supplied in error, are eligible for replacement or refund. Please advise us within 7 working days from receipt of incorrectly supplied or damaged items.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment is required upon confirmation of your order and upon receipt of your invoice. Your stock requirements are only secured once payment has been made and funds have arrived in our account. You may also email a payment confirmation to wholesale@neuebeauteco.com. Once your order is packed, we will generate shipping labels and email you tracking details.
7.2 Payment Options
For domestic customers, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is available to direct deposit into NBC’s bank account. Please refer to your invoice for our bank account information.
For overseas customers, we only accept bank wire transfer.
8. Notifications
NBC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, from time to time, including but not limited to wholesale prices, the selection of available brands, and any other provisions, as we deem necessary.
9. Third Party Websites
Products purchased through our Wholesale Program are not to be sold on eBay, Amazon, or to be auctioned on any other website.
10. Suspension of Service
In the instance of a breach of these Wholesale Terms and Conditions, NBC reserves the right to cancel pending orders and to terminate your wholesale account, at any time.
11. Price Errors
In the event of price errors such as incorrectly priced items or items with no price, NBC reserves the right to make the necessary corrections to your order.
