Shipping & Returns – Wholesale


Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Our processing times are 4-7 business days.

During special promotions and due to high volumes of incoming orders, it may take an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed. In any event, we will notify you via email if we anticipate a delay before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with full tracking details that will allow you to follow the whereabouts of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours before the tracking information is updated.

For international wholesale customers, orders are shipped with DHL Express. Please note that any additional charges imposed by your country, such as customs duty or taxes are to be born by the customer.

Shipping within Australia

All orders within Australia are shipped with DHL Express or Australia Post (Express Post or Parcel Post). Please refer to the following link for delivery time lines with Australia Post across Australia: Express Post delivery network.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped with DHL Express or Australia Post (small orders only). In general, international shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your parcel. Shipping cost will be added to your invoice once you receive your order confirmation.
We are unable to send to an international PO BOX; please provide a residential or business address with your order. Also, please provide a phone number for all international orders.

In the event that you encounter issues with tracking information, we will endeavour to assist. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

Please be advised that some countries charge import duties on goods purchased from overseas suppliers/stores. Please contact your relevant local Authority to seek further information on the amount of import duties and taxes that you may be required to pay. Neue Beaute Co will not cover customs duties, import charges or any other charges once the goods have been dispatched.


If you have received an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at within 7 days of receiving your item with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The product that is damaged/faulty/incorrect
  3. Images attached of the damaged/faulty/incorrect product

We will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as possible. If the product is damaged/faulty/incorrect, we will replace or refund it. No refunds can be accepted for change of mind or due to errors during product selection.
