Here is a list of most frequently asked questions.

When is an out-of-stock item available again?

Occasionally some products sell out. Generally, it will take 10 business days before a new shipment arrives; however, this is dependent on the supplier and how quickly new inventory can be procured. Please add the item to your wish list. We will send a notification as soon as stock is available again.

Are your products originals?

We are an official, authorised distributor for the brands that we carry. All our products and brands are 100% authentic.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for domestic orders and wire transfer for international orders. For the latter, please ensure that all bank charges are covered and the exact invoice amount is transferred into our bank account.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept Australian currency only.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs vary from country to country.

How much does overseas shipping cost?

Once you submit your order, we calculate international shipping costs based on weight and dimensions of the boxes that we pack. The cost is added to your invoice and sent with your order confirmation.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer DHL Express and Australia Post for domestic orders. Internationally, we ship with DHL Express. International wholesale customers have the option to organise their own shipping once we advise that the order is ready for collection.

Is tax included in the purchase price?

All product prices are displayed inclusive of GST unless you are logged in as an international wholesale customer. In this instance, prices are displayed exclusive of GST.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Please allow for 4-7 business days processing time for your order to be packed once payment has been received.

Subject to your shipping address and service selection (Australia Post or DHL Express), domestic shipments will arrive within 1-7 days.

For overseas shipments, we will provide an estimated delivery time once shipping service and destination have been determined.

You will receive a tracking link to keep you informed about the whereabouts of your shipment.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or due to errors made during the item selection. However, if your product is damaged or faulty, we will replace the item or issued a refund. For further information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
